Series: Mono-Rail

Formed by a combination of fixed mounted-type with the single-rail element and is operated on the bottom of the single girder and the wheel is made of mono-block medium carbon steel with the surface being processed with hardness treatment, while the protection cover of wheel can be selected for an assembly to increase the service life of the gear; installed with anti-drop steel plate and buffer rubber pad (Emergency Mechanical Brake) which is safe and reliable; the wheel is accommodated with section steel with the width to be easily adjusted and an easy installation, while the wheel which is a double drive that makes the move more stable and smooth can be applied to machines with a beam bending radius of 1.5 meter and is and is appropriate for hoisting site requiring turning.

  • Up and Down Limit
    A Worm type limit with accurate precision and high reliability can be easily regulated and repaired and maintained.
  • Side Wheel
    It can be oscillating freely while the rotation can be supported by bearing that result in a smooth running, the lubricating system can secure the service life and a design of closed protector cover can avoid wire rope being off trough and damaged.
  • Drum
    A device which is made of high-tension seamless steel pipe through precision mechanical cutting features a high strength and has a trough with smooth surface that would result in no wear for wire rope, and is in conformity with the norms of ISO 4308/E FEM 9.661/86 while its diameter is 16 times that of the wire rope that can extend the service life of the wire rope.
  • Gear Box

  • Overload Protection (option)
    A mechanical overload protector which is made of high strength disk spring, with its strong safety, high stability, good sensitive and a wide adjustable scope that can be applied to machines with different capacity.
  • Hoist Brake
    A DC disk brake while the brake lining can reach 10000 times under a normal application, and it can bring accuracy, sensitive, high safety, good radiation, easy adjustment, durability and high strength of structure while having a connection with the motor.
    Mono-block design is in conformity with FEM9.661/86 standard, a taper design will never result in a loosening wire rope, and a design of easy assembly and disassembly will help extend the service life of the wire rope.
  • Hoist Motor
    Adopt 2/12 pole change squirrel-cage hoist motor with a high starting torque that can reach 250% above, while a special design of conduction current wind tunnel accommodating with fan would bring a good radiation and low temperature rising, and an installation of overheating protector can avoid the motor from being overheated and damaged; the relevant dimension is in conformity with ICE standard and IP54 protection level, while the insulation level is divided into E, B and F and the duty cycle is classified as 40%ED and 60%ED.
  • Electric Equipment
    Magnet contactor is operated through push button switch or remote controller and electric parts and cable are clearly labeled; easy repair and maintenance; low voltage control, good water-proof and dust-proof effect; level of safe protection is in conformity with the European CE 73/23/EEC standard.
  • Wire Rope Guide (option)
    A design of easy assembly and disassembly can secure the correct arrangement for wire rope on drum, with its non overlapped and staggered design helping to extend the service life of the wire rope.

  • Emergency Mechanical Brake (option)
    Connect to drum directly, the drum is locked immediately to avoid a fall of the loading while speed of drum exceeds the established value, thus to secure the loading to be complete and operators safety.
  • Hook
    A design of cast forming features a high strength and wears resistance, and a design of pulley cover can avoid the foreign matters to be rolled into the device. The hook can be rotary in 360X.
  • Motor of trolley
    Pole-change squirrel-cage motor drive can increase soft start effect with a wide scope of speed selection and the two speed ratio reaching 1:4, the end of the motor is installed the brake with the distance of the brake can be adjusted according to requirement; have a good radiation, and the insulation level is divided into E, B and F and the duty cycle is classified as 40%ED and 60%ED.
